“There may be people that have more talent than you, but there is no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do.” – Derek Jeter
Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all.
There are billions of souls out there, who wake up each day and work hard to turn that day into a beautiful memory.
It is not what happens to us that matters, it is how we respond to what happens to us.
Every soul has soul universal purpose in this temporary world. For a Muslim, life after death is the main goal. But sadly, we all have forgotten about it.
Every day we work life donkey, earn money for things we don’t even know how much they will survive, and on top of that, we take pride in our achievements.
“My success can only come from Allah. In HIM I trust, and unto HIM I look.” [11:88]
But having said that, we also need to think that whatever we are doing, no matter how small or big, is it helping us or the people around us to grow?
If not, we instantly need to stop doing it and find something worth doing.
Life is not just about earning bread and butter for your family. Allah promises us to give food anyway. But what Allah doesn’t promise is, to forgive us, if we don’t ask. To forgive us, if we do evil to HIS people.
People can do whatever they feel like doing. You can do the same as long as it is not hurting anymore.
Life is hard, I get it. But it is people like you and me, who took whatever life throws at them and did something meaningful with it.
So, from now onwards, treat every day as a blessing. Every soul as beautiful as you’re. And every incident as a learning opportunity.
I will try to help you figure yourself with these Lesson of the day blogs. Hope you get something out of it. And do let me know if these write-ups are enabling you for success.
